You can participate in the lottery by liking and following Truster's lottery post on social media channels (release date 28.12.2021). It is possible to participate in the lottery between 28 December 2021 and 3 January 2022. Winners will be notified in person after the draw by phone or email.
All persons aged 18 and over living in Finland, excluding the Organiser's employees who have participated in the planning, preparation or implementation of the competition, and their family members, may participate in the competition. If the participant in the lottery has reason to suspect fraud or participation contrary to these rules, the organiser shall have the right to reject the participation.
The winners will be drawn among all those who have followed social media channels from the lottery publication. The draw is performed by a delegate to the Organizer. The winners will be published on 2 January 2022. Winners will be notified of the win in person by phone or email. If a participant has provided incorrect or incomplete contact information or a prize notice or a prize cannot be delivered to the winner for three (3) days, or for reasons other than those arising from the Organiser, the organiser is not obligated to deliver the prize to its winner, but may be drawn again.
The prize for the draw is five (5) pieces of Truster 49 €/month service packages for 2022. Participants in the lottery can win one (1) piece per person.
By participating in the competition, the participants undertake to comply with these rules and the Organiser's decisions. The Organiser reserves the right to change the rules. If such changes have to be made, these will be announced on the pages in regards to the competition.
The organiser processes the data of the participants only for the purpose of conducting the competition and the lottery and awarding the prize. The participants' data will not be disclosed to third parties and will not be used for direct marketing without the participant's consent.
When the winners of the lottery are published, the first name information and locality reported by the participant may be published.
The organiser is responsible for any lottery tax related to the prizes. The Participants shall relieve the Organiser and any other partners of any damage caused or allegedly caused by participation in the competition. The organiser's liability towards the participants may under no circumstances exceed the value or amount of the prizes mentioned in these rules.
The Organiser shall not be liable for problems or obstacles to participation in the competition or the acceptance of a prize due to IT reasons. It is the responsibility of the winner to bear all other costs associated with receiving or implementing the prize.
The rights to the material related to the promotion and lottery belong to the lottery organizer. The participant warrants that he or she has created any material he or she has submitted to the competition and is responsible for the fact that it or its exploitation does not infringe or otherwise violate the law, good practice, the rights of third parties, including copyrights and other intellectual property rights, honor, privacy or trade secrets or is in any other way against the rules.
By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to comply with these rules and the decisions made by the Organizer pursuant to them, as well as to comply with the terms and conditions of any services that may be associated with the competition independent of the Organizer, such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or Instagram. No competitions organized by the Organizer on Facebook or Instagram are organized, supported, or sponsored by Facebook or Instagram.
The Organiser reserves the right to make changes without notice to the competition, its rules, prizes, time or other factors affecting the implementation of the competition.
We will pay your salary after your customer's payment has arrived or on the payday of your choice. You can also select Instant Pay, in which case you will receive the salary to your account on the same day without waiting for the due date of the invoice. The salary can also be left to be withdrawn later. In theTruster 49 €/month plan, you do not pay a separate service fee for the billing amount.
